These guys are Awesome, friendly and always welcome you in. It's clean and they're always on top of things when ordering.

Best jersey mikes in the area. excellent customer service and always pleased with their sub making skills. Both cold and hot. Highly recommend. You will never be disappointed.

Expensive but worth it. They sandwiches are delicious. They are probably the best chain sub shop. I would recommend this place.

This Jersey Mike's is one of the better ones I've eaten at. The bread is consistently fresh and the meats are great.

They made good sandwiches and fast. We did not have to wait in a line to be served. The staff was friendly.

None of the employees were wearing masks in the middle of a pandemic. Very irresponsible.

Jersey Mike's has pretty good Subs. The one in Huntersville is especially good. The staff are always friendly nice and courteous. Although Jimmy John's is my go-to, Jersey Mike's once in awhile is pretty good.

This Jersey Mikes has the best staff. I recently had an experience where my order was made wrong, but they were willing to fix it without skipping a beat. The guy, and I apologize I cannot remember his name, was very sympathetic and even threw in a cookie for us having to get our sandwich remade. They are always helpful and the food is great. Thank you guys for working during this crazy time, y’all are appreciated!!!

I visited the Jersey Mike in Huntersville the sub was delicious I am not really familiar with Huntersville but we was over by Statesville road

Young men that worked there were very nice and polite. The manager on the other hand, will be the reason why I never enter that jersey Mike's again. Nor would I recommend that jersey Mike's to anybody I know. They had an error with there card reading machine. A few customers including myself who they have already made food for had only cards no cash on hand. Instead of just giving us our food and telling any future customers they can only do cash orders they decided to tell us there nothing they can do. Mind you we all just waited there for 20 minutes for them to try to figure this out

I went into this store today to redeem my free sandwhich and they told me the system was down and there was nothing they could do. I paid alot of money to earn those points and you are telling me there is no way to override this? Horrible service!

The JM I typically frequent in Pineville has a Tuesday lunch special at 7.49. Expecting the same good deal, it turns out this location has a single option at 9.49. Not Such-A-Deal. I'll go elsewhere for a "Special" next Tuesday.

Very friendly service. I have been here many times, but this was definitely the most engaged employees I have ever seen. It was refreshing.

I appreciate this Jersey Mike's so much! I have a gluten allergy and will get very sick if I eat any. They clean everything for me and are super helpful as well as happy about accommodating me. And the subs are delicious too! Thank you to the workers who make sure I can safely eat here!

They suppose to wear a mask. No one had a mask on and only one person had on gloves.

Ordered a cheesesteak. Peppers were like they were dehydrated. No cheese and basically tasteless. I'll stick to the one near Concord Mills!

I've really never had a bad experience at this location until yesterday. I ordered a hot sub, as did the person in from of me. Somehow Sandra got our orders mixed up. It wasn't until I opened up my food in an attempt to eat it that I realized it was the wrong order. I told Sandra, she came and got the sub, took it to the back, rewrapped it, and brought it to the customer within minutes. SMH I was debating on if I should speak up or not in the store. You just can't trust people nowadays.

I had the Turkey wrap, tasty! My wife had the buffalo chicken wrap, also very good.

They move too slow. When u got a line 10 people deep and it's lunch time u gotta move fast get people in an out. I know I grew up working in delis in NYC area. Had we moved this slow we would not have lasted.

Service was very fast the people were very polite and they made a great sandwich.

Staff at this location is always friendly! Even helped me out with a catering order when I needed put together in just an hour or two.

I ordered from the facility in Huntersville, my sandwiches were to be delivered while I was out of town. At the time of the delivery my coworker called me to make sure she had the time correct because nothing had shown up yet. When I called I learned the manager on duty sent my order to the incorrect place and when (s)he was made aware of the situation they did not do anything to correct the issue. The managers response was that the order could not be remade within a 20 minute window and that there was no possible way to have it delivered. They did state that if I wanted to I could come pick up the order after lunch time and they would comp me 50% on my NEXT order. NOT the current order. Will never be ordering from the facility again for work related meetings or events at all.

Had a nice lunch, this past wk! The food was prepared in a timely manner, & was pretty tasty if I may add. The enviroment was quite welcoming. It reminds me of the ol' deli style sandwich shops!

The service was super fast and the customer service was amazing. Simply stopped by after an event nearby for some lunch and was more than satisfied. Wish I lived closer to stop by more often! Highly recommended.

If you work construction don't bother parking anywhere near the front, they want you to park as far away as possible. Front parking apparently is for other people.

I was not pleased to walk in an Establishment with Covid19 Pandemic at a high right now and not one employee had a mask on their face and they are handling peoples food.

Make sure you stop by the bank and get a loan before you go here. $30.00 for 2 subs and a bag of chips. Ridiculous!! Food was ok but not worth the money. I almost fainted when they told me my total. I’d much rather go to a dine-in restaurant if I’m going to spend that. Should consider lowering your prices.

My kids wanted pizza... I wanted a philly cheesesteak. The manager made me a pizza sub off the menu. The sandwiches were good too.
